BRICE C. DALE

Brice Clinton Dale, 89, passed away Saturday in Conway, S.C.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service.
He was the son of the late Lester C. and Iva C. Dale, and the husband of the late Janice Chase Dale, formerly of Fremont. A veteran of World War II, Mr. Dale served in the United States Coast Guard on the USS Abilene. Early in his career he worked for Cogdill's bicycle shop, and retired from Cherry Hospital as their locksmith.
Mr. Dale is survived by a son, Jerry Dale and wife, Diane, of Conway, S.C.; four grandchildren, Jay and Steve Dale of Asheboro, Greg Dale of Dudley, Chrissy Dale of Winterville,; and six great-grandchildren.
