Kay Royal Padrick, 72, was born Sept. 11, 1939.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in LaGrange.
She is survived by her father, Albert Nethery, and stepmother, Mason; a daughter, Melanie Fleming of Broadway; a son, Thomas A. "Buddy" Padrick of Asheboro; a sister, Alma Parker; a brother, Michael Nethery; a stepsister, Angela; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
