Joan Marie Bryant, 84, died Tuesday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
A private service will be held.
She was born in New York Aug. 30, 1927, to the late Joseph and Catherine Thorn Aussem. She was married to Walter Bryant.
She is survived by three children.
The family is being served by Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
