NEW YORK -- Edgar D. Williams, 68, died Sunday at Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Brooklyn, New York.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at noon at Faison Chapel Baptist Church, Warsaw, with the Rev. Kenneth Morrisey officiating. Burial will follow in Faison Chapel Church Cemetery.
Born in Duplin County, he was the son of the late William and Martha Wilson Williams.
One daughter survives.
Viewing will be held one hour prior to funeral service at the church on Tuesday. The family will assemble at the home of home of Austin and Angelene Williams, 231 Riflerange Road, Goldsboro at 10 a.m. in preparation for the funeral procession.
