WARSAW -- Betty Sampson Green, 55, of 153 Johnson Church Road, died Thursday at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Hines Chapel FWB Church, with the Rev. Charles Corbit officiating. Burial will follow in Johnson Cemetery.
Born in Sampson County, she was the daughter of Betty Davis Sampson and the late Sylvester Sampson.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her huband, Vincent Green and one son.
Viewing will be held Monday from 5 until 7 p.m. at St. Peter AME Zion Church.
Garris Funeral Home is serving the family.
