Nestus Whitley Jr., 83, of 199 Booker St., Pikeville, died Friday at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Goldsboro.
A service of remembrance for Mr. Whitley will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. James Disciples of Christ Church, Fremont. The Rev. Mark Sutton will officiate. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park. Viewing will be at Hamilton Funeral Chapel Monday from 3 until 6 p.m.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete with Hamilton Funeral Chapel.
