PRINCETON -- Brenda Phillips Barber, 63, died Tuesday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.
Funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Fellowship United Methodist Church, with the Rev. James Huskins officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Born Jan. 12, 1947, in Johnston County, she was the daughter of the late James Raeford Phillips Jr. and Drusie Lee Deans Phillips.
She is survived by a son and two daughters.
The family will receive friends at Parrish Funeral Home in Princeton tonight from 6 to 8 p.m.
