WILSON -- Sugeryis Cepeda "Star" White, 23, of Wilson died Monday.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Therese Catholic Church, with father Gregory Lowchy officiating. Burial will follow in the family cemetery in Fremont.
The family will receive friends 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway.
Mrs. White is survived by a daughter, Bianca T. White of Fremont; her mother, Catalina Marcovich of Fremont; a sister, Clarisa Mejia of Wilson; a brother, Sugey Cepeda of Goldsboro; her grandparents, Aurora Roque and Francisco Roque of Fremont; a sister-in-law, Reeva Wilburn of Goldsboro; a brother-in-law, Deyvi Mejia of Wilson; three nieces, Vidalinda Espaillat, Xiomara Mejia and Dayanara Mejia all of Wilson; a nephew, Sugey Cepeda Jr. or Goldsboro; and best friend, Liza Hare of Goldsboro.
