KAMRON TYREE BATTLE

Master Kamron Tyree Battle, 11, 1705 Harrell St., was born March 18, 1999, in Pitt County to Rebecca Battle Barrett (Lawrence) and Joseph Battle Jr. He was called home by his Heavenly Father on June 17, 2010, at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Kamron was a sixth- grade student at Edgewood School.
A time to visit with Kamron and his family will be Monday from 3 until 7 p.m. at E.M. Matthews Funeral Home and Cremations, Inc. Services to celebrate the diminutive, yet teeming life of Master Battle will be held on Tuesday at 1 p.m. at New Spirit Church Ministries, after which, the E.M. Matthews classic angelic white fleet will vigilantly escort Master Battle along with his sorrowful family to Wayne Memorial Park for committal rites. It is in this earthly consign that Kamron's devoted family must return to spend private and special moments with him, but sweet it is that Jesus and Kamron will meet them in that place in spirit every time they visit and remain with them until they meet again.
Kamron is survived by two brothers, L.J. Barrett of the home, Phillip Best of Dudley; one sister, Acilia Smith of Dudley; grandparents, Blanch Lambeth of Goldsboro, Joseph and Novella Battle of Kinston, Donald and Ester Moore of Goldsboro; grandmother, Ella Moseley; and great-grandmother, Mary Pickens of Goldsboro; aunts, Tesha Vick (Donald), Michelle Scott (Marshall), Sequelia Scott (David), and Tonya Atkinson of Dudley; great-aunts, Vicky McKeller, Thelma McKeller and Mary Riddick (Robert) of Goldsboro; uncles, Clarence McKeller of Providence, R.I.,Lindberg McKeller (Joe) of Tarboro, Devon Battle of Kinston, Donald Hall (Nee-Nee), Antonio Hall, both of Goldsboro, Marcus McKeller (Lisa) of Dudley, Sherney McKeller of Charleston, W.Va.; and a host of other family and friends.
