Willem "Bill" Werner Schipper, 77, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2010, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
At Bill's request there will be no formal service.
Bill was born in Indonesia and was a retired engineer.
Survivors include three brothers and two sisters, who live in the Netherlands; and special friends Barbara Millard, Norman Millard, Conley and Barbara Jean Masoner.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kitty Askins Hospice Center at 107 Handley Park Court, Goldsboro, NC 27534.
