WARSAW -- Isabell Marie Polk, 92, of 522 N. Pine St., died Tuesday at Carolina East Hospice Care Center.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at Mt. Zion Holiness Church with the Rev. Dexter Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in the Cobbs Cemetery, Faison.
Born in Plymouth, she was the daughter of the late Lula Hyman.
Four children survive.
Viewing will be held today from 3 until 6 p.m at Garris Funeral Home Chapel.
