SALISBURY -- Robert Odell Bradley Jr., 81, died Saturday at the Brian Center of Salisbury.
Born Sept. 12, 1928 in Athens, Ga., he was the son of the late Nell Garrison Bradley and Robert Odell Bradley, Sr.
He was educated in the Salisbury schools and graduated from Boyden High School and East Carolina University.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy during World War II
Survivors include his sons, Robert O. Bradley III and wife, Jane, of Greensboro and Stephen Bradley and wife, Kae, of Concord; and four grandchildren, Robert Odell Bradley IV, Rachel Gates Bradley, Christopher Lawton Bradley and Sarah Adams Bradley.
Mr. Bradley was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Adams Bradley, July 4, 2006.
