ROLESVILLE -- Louis Wayne Jordan, 67, passed away Monday at his home.
Funeral service will be held today at 2 in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home. Burial will be in Beulah Christian Baptist Church Cemetery.
He was born in Wayne County May 20, 1942, to Lewis Jordan and the late Mildred Collier Jordan, who were formerly of Fremont.
Mr. Jordan is survived by his wife, Lena Jordan of Rolesville; stepdaughter, LeaAnne Harris and husband, Duane, of Rolesville; grandson, J.T. Harris of Rolesville; father, Lewis Jordan of Colerain; sisters, Judy Upson of Michigan, Lois and Jerry Mooring of Goldsboro, Joyce Conner of Winton, Dianne Jordan of Goldsboro, Linda Jordan and Gene Rodenbeck of Goldsboro and Susie and Grady Saunders of Colerain; and brothers, Kenneth Harold and Joan Jordan of Harrellsville and Andy and Cheryl Jordan of Tarboro.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister, Annette Jordan
Friends may visit with the family today from 12:30 to 2 p.m. prior to the service and all other times at the home of LeeAnne and Duane Harris.
