MOUNT OLIVE -- Milford Lee Strickland, 92, 3518 Old Mount Olive Highway, died Tuesday at Kitty Askins Hospice in Goldsboro.
Services will be at Tyndall Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Thursday, with the Rev. James Hairr officiating. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.
He was the son of the late Offie and Susan Elizabeth Phillips Strickland.
He is survived by his wife, Eleanor Thornton Strickland, and four children.
A viewing will be held tonight from 7 to 8 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home and at the residence at other times.
