Clyde Davis Atkins, 91, 456 U.S. 13 South, died Tuesday at Wake Medical Center.
No formal services will be held.
A native of Lexington, Ky., he was the son of the late Eugene and Elsie Tucker Atkins.
Surviving are his wife, Virginia Procter Atkins, and four children.
Arrangements are being handled by Seymour Funeral Home.
