CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. -- Essie M. Smith, 86, a native of Goldsboro, died Friday.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at New Life Seventh Day Adventist Church in Chattanooga. Interment will be at Chat-tanooga National Cemetery.
She is survived by four children.
Arrangements are by John P. Franklin Funeral Home.
