IRA W. BECKERT

Retired Senior Master Sgt. Ira Wescott Beckert, 66, Christopher Drive, died Friday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Memorial services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro. The family will receive friends following the service and other times at the residence.
Mr. Beckert was the son of the late Melvin and Hazel Forton Beckert, born in Macomb County Mich. Aug. 30, 1942.
He is survived by his wife, Eunice Ann Beckert, and two children.
The family is being served by Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
