LAGRANGE -- Rheba Shelton Eosso, 69, passed away Tuesday.
A service of remembrance will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Rouse Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jerry Mitchell officiating.
Rheba was born March 18, 1940, in Kings, Ky., to the late Lula Guthrie Shelton Holodick and Reid Shelton.
Rheba is survived by a daughter, Michele Derwitz and husband, Greg, of Goldsboro; son, Michael G. Eosso of Metuchen, N.J.; sister, Linda Bardecker of Goldsboro; and four grandchildren, Michael W. Eosso, Dominic Z. Eosso, Daniel G. Derwitz and Karly A. Derwitz.
A loving wife and mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael John Eosso, and three sisters, Sybil Ann Criss, Judy Robinson and Loretta Shelton.
The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Rouse Funeral Home.
