NEWTON GROVE -- John L. "Jake" Hudson Jr., 79, Rosin Hill Road, died Thursday.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church in Newton Grove, with the Rev. Roger Hill and the Rev. Virgil Davis officiating. Interment will be at Warren-Oak Grove Cemetery in Newton Grove.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte B. Hudson, and three children.
The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at Oak Grove Church and at other times at the home.
West and Dunn Funeral Home of Newton Grove is serving the family.
