HAZEL W. SCOTT

KENANSVILLE -- Hazel Williamson Scott, 91, died Thursday at Kenansville Health and Rehab.
Visitation will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Kenansville United Methodist Church, followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m. at the church. A graveside service will follow at Golden Grove Cemetery.
Born in Duplin County, she was the daughter of the late David Stephen Williamson and Mary Lou Chambers Williamson.
Mrs. Scot was a life member of Kenansville Methodist Church. She taught school for 30 years in Duplin County at Chinquapin, Beulaville and Kenansville.
Mrs. Scott is survived by two grandchildren, Krista Danielle Scott and David John Scott both of Beulaville; three brothers, David C. Williamson and wife, Thelma of Charlotte, Robert F. Williamson and wife, Kay, of Kenansville and Stephen M. Williamson Sr. and wife, Nancy, of Kenansville; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Scott was predeceased by a son, John Williamson Scott, and sister, Lois Williamson Precythe and husband, Harold.
