FRANK M. HAUSER

Frank M. Hauser Jr., 88, 2103 N. Berkeley Blvd., died Monday at Britthaven of Goldsboro.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, with the Rev. Bob Fulkerson officiating. Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery.
Frank was born in Wayne County on Jan. 11, 1921, to Frank Hauser Sr. and Nora Pearce Hauser, who preceded him in death.
He served in the United States Air Force from 1942 to 1945, serving in the South Pacific theater.
Mr. Hauser was a founding member of Madison Avenue Baptist Church.
Frank is survived by his wife of 67 years, Mary Moreadith Hauser of New Bern; sons, Dr. Frank M. Hauser and wife, Harriet, of Delmar, N.Y., and David J. Hauser and wife, Bette, of Advance; grandchildren, Jeff Hauser and wife, Dori, of Highland Ranch, Colo., Drs. Bryan Hauser and wife, Cindy, of Davidson, and Susan A. Parker and husband, Ryan, of Roswell, Ga.; and great-grandchildren, Alex, Christopher, Ana and Autumn.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jack A. Hauser.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at his home, 2103 N. Berkeley Blvd.
