BILLY E. PULLEY

SELMA -- Billy Ellwood Pulley, 74, a retired brick mason and commercial fisherman, died Tuesday morning at Johnston Medical Center.

Funeral services will be conducted at 6 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Selma Memorial Gardens.

He was born on June 6, 1935, in Johnston County to the late Roland "Jack" and Bertie Inez Crumpler Pulley.

Billy attended Johnston Community Church on Janie Road.

Surviving are his wife of 54 years, Linda Brannan Pulley; son, Randy Pulley and wife, Robyn, of Goldsboro; daughter, Robin Pulley Glover and husband, Dr. Sherill Glover, of Goldsboro; sisters, Glenda Heath and Jewel Faison, both of Selma; and five grandchildren, Hannah, Daniel and Molly Glover and Jackson and Jacob Pulley.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Pulley.
