BYRON, Ga -- Jessica Lynn Nelson, four months and 26 days old, died suddenly Thursday while visiting her maternal grandparents in the Nahunta community.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 7 p.m. at Nahunta Friends Meeting, 2537 N.C. Hwy. 581 N., Pike-ville. Interment will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery. Steven Lawrence will officiate.
She is survived by her loving parents, Cory L. and Amy Stevens Nelson; brother Jacob Allen Nelson; and a sister, Madison Elizabeth Nelson; her maternal grandparents, Anthony H. and Toni Stevens of Pikeville; paternal grandparents, Gregory A. and Kathleen M. Nelson of Byron, Ga.; and special aunts, Kristen Nelson, Sarah Justice, Lailla Stevens and Emily Stevens.
