Charles Joe Murray, 72, of Charlotte died Friday at his residence.
Graveside services will be Monday at 3 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery, LaGrange with the Rev. Jerry Mitchell officiating.
A native of Elizabethton, Tenn., Mr. Murray was born to the late Cash Murray and Rose Belle Head Murray.
Mr. Murray is survived by his wife, Gale M. Murray of the home and three children.
In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Charlotte, 1420 East Seventh St., Charlotte, N.C. 28204. Arrangements are by Rouse Funeral Home, LaGrange.
