LUCAMA -- James Douglas Turner, 69, Hwy. 117, died Thursday at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Black Creek Cemetery.
He was born in Wayne County Feb. 10, 1940, to the late Harry and Rachel Turner.
He is survived by his wife, Elsie R. Turner, and four children.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Minshew-Coley Funeral Home.
