Barbara Elizabeth Yelverton Moye died Tuesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Graveside services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Willow Dale Cemetery, with Dr. Robert Fulkerson officiating.
A native of Wayne County, she was born March 20, 1927, to Garland Wood Yelverton and Emma Frances Britt Yelverton.
Barbara attended Goldsboro Public Schools and Salem College. She was a member of Madison Avenue Baptist Church.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, F. M. "Mab" Moye Jr., and her parents.
She is survived by her children, Frances Moye Milks and husband, Robert, of Cary and F. M. "Rick" Moye III and wife, Joy, of Goldsboro; four granddaughters, Elizabeth and Emily Milks of Cary and Catherine and Rebecca Moye of Goldsboro; and her sister, Frances Y. Pearson of Columbia, S.C.
The family will receive friends following the graveside service, and other times at the home of Rick and Joy Moye, 1607 Palm St., Goldsboro.
