Gators, Tigers battle to 2-2 draw in Carolina 1A girls soccer

WARSAW -- Madison Harkay tallied the game-tying penalty kick as Spring Creek and James Kenan battled to a 2-2 draw during Carolina 1-A Conference play Wednesday evening.
Down 1-0, Harkay provided the equalizer on a free kick that deflected off a Tigers' defender into the net.
Kenan struck first in the overtime session and Harkay connected on the PK to push the Gators to 14-2-1 overall and 11-1-1 in conference play.
SC concludes regular-season play today at North Duplin.
