James R. Wooten Sr., 71, 714 Pou St., died Sunday at home.
Funeral will be Saturday at 2:30 p.m. in James T. Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Funeral Home. Burial will be inElmwood Cemetery.
He was born Oct. 22, 1946, in Greenville, Tenn., to James and Margaret Early Wooten.
He is survived by five children.
Visitation Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at the home, where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
