Lewis Carroll Cruse, 76, Warsaw died Monday at Warsaw Health and Rehab.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Friday at Community Funeral Home of Warsaw. Burial will be in Devotional Gardens.
He was born Dec. 21, 1941, in Duplin County to the late Will and Molly Uptogrove Cruse.
Visitation will be 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Community Funeral Home of Warsaw.
