Derrick Wright McClendon, 62, 3910 Central Heights Road, died Nov. 10 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center of Goldsboro.
Funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. Burial will be at Old Mill Cemetery.
He was born Sept. 29, 1954, in Anniston, Ala., to Earl and Lela Mae Hill McClendon.
He is survived by his wife, Janice D. McClendon, and children.
Visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel.
Arrangements are by J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
