SOUNDRA ROWE PARKS
Soundra Rowe Parks, 68, of 1049 LaGrange Road, died Monday, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Services will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. at Mount Zion Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1289 Parkstown Road, LaGrange. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro. Visitation will be Saturday, from 6 until 8 p.m., with the family arriving to greet friends from 7 until 8 p.m. at Mount Zion Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
She was born in Camden, N.J., to Allen Rowe and Lena Lewis Rowe. She is survived by her husband, George Parks and two children.
