Brad Lee Pontious, 61, died early Sunday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Born in Los Angeles County, Calif., he was the son of Marilyn Pyles Guy and the late Richard Duane Pontious. He was also the brother of the late Kennie and Richard Pontious.
The family will gather and greet friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the home of his sister, Debbie Craig, 440 Selah Church Road, Goldsboro.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Joy Pontious; children, Nicole Garcia, Ashley Geould, Mathew Emery, Danielle Emery and Abigail Emery; a brother, Garrett Pontious and a sister, Debbie Craig; along with seven grandchildren.
