John Wesley Allen, 58, formerly of Princeton, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2016, at Duke Medical Center in Durham.
John was born Jan. 25, 1958, to the late Gene Austin Allen and Clara King Allen.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 12, 2016, in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dennis Pollock officiating. The burial will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, March 14, 2016, in Wayne Memorial Park in Goldsboro, N.C.
He is survived by a brother, Donnie Allen of Princeton, and sisters, Sharon Kaye Allen Woodall of Raleigh and Terrie Allen Hardison of Princeton.
The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 12, 2016, at Casey Funeral Home chapel.
