Wayne Hezekiah Koonce Jr. (Hezzy), 71, of 808 East End Circle, died Tuesday at home.
The celebration of his life will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Goldsboro Chapel FWB Church, 1314 Ben Brewington Court, with pastor James E. Collins officiating.
Interment will be private.
Visitation will be 1 to 6 p.m. Monday with the family receiving friends from 5 to 6 p.m. in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
He was born Jan. 2, 1944 in Goldsboro to Wayne Hezekiah Koonce Sr. and Beulah Alston Koonce.
