Gerald Edward Garris, 69, LaGrange, died Saturday at home.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Rouse Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at Fairview Cemetery, with the Rev. Ashley Summerlin officiating.
He was born in Wayne County Nov. 9, 1946, to the late James Melvin Garris Sr. and Gladys Tyndall Garris.
He is survived by a son.
At other times, the family will be at the home of his sister, 765 Piney Grove Church Road, LaGrange.
