James Rudolph Woodard, 85, Princeton, died Thursday at Kitty Askins in Goldsboro.
Funeral will be at Casey Funeral Home chapel Saturday at 4 p.m., with the Rev. Dennis Pollock officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
Born Aug. 15, 1929, he was the son of the late Patrick and Nellie Massengill Woodard. He was married to Dorothy Jarmen Woodard.
He is survived by two sons and a daughter.
Visitation will be 2:30 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Casey Funeral Home chapel.
