Sophia Grady, 94, 200 E. Lockhaven Drive, Apt. 7B, formerly of Kinston, died Thursday in Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be Saturday at noon at Greater Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
She was born in Lenoir County Oct. 9, 1920, to Joseph and Bertha Collins.
She is survived by a son.
Visitation Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Haskins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the church an hour prior to the service. At other times, the family will receive friends at the home, where it will assemble for the funeral.
