WILLIAM E. 'BILL' JOHNSON JR.

William Edgbert Johnson Jr., 70, passed away Monday at Kitty Askins.
He was the son of the late William E. and Mildred Westbrook Johnson Sr., and was the husband of Everett Bryan Johnson.
Mr. Johnson was the owner and operator of Johnson Motor Co.
A funeral service will be held at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home Friday at 11 a.m.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Renee Johnson and boyfriend, Paul Bennett, of Goldsboro and Teresa Lynn Johnson and boyfriend, Charles Sutton, of Goldsboro; brothers, Lawrence Allen Johnson of Dudley and Zeb Johnson of Grantham; grandsons, Scott Herring and girlfriend, Sheri Nicole Anderson, Thomas Guy Kelly and Jonathan Tyler Johnson; a very special great-grandson, Kevin Douglas Herring; special friends, Virgil Thigpen, Leonard Downes and Daryl Cartlidge; and several nieces and nephews.
