Carlton Dean Odom, 36, of the Mount Olive area, passed away Monday, Dec. 29, 2014.
Funeral services will be held today, Thursday, Jan. 1, at 7 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home, officiated by pastor Danny Kelly, and followed by visitation.
Dean is survived by his mother, Carrie Sue Kelly of Goldsboro; his father, Carl Odom of Calypso; his ladyfriend, Mary Monk Troublefield; a daughter, Kaitlyn Sue Odom of Georgia; two sons, Anthonie D. Odom of Georgia and Dylan B. Odom of Greensboro; a sister, Jessica Lynn Ortiz and husband, Edwin, of Goldsboro; and two brothers, Eddie J. Odom and wife, Andrea, of Gastonia and Michael R. Odom and wife, Katie, of Calypso.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Tyndall Funeral Home to assist with expenses would be appreciated.
