Eddie Arnold Radford, 70, died Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Born in Johnston County, he was the son of the late Arthur and Cindy Bryant Radford.
He was retired from Agricraft.
The funeral service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home chapel.
Family will receive friends following the funeral service at the funeral home.
Burial will be held at a later date.
Mr. Radford is survived by his wife, Lawanda Bruner Radford; three daughters, Deana Wells of Goldsboro, Lucinda Rose Davis of Smithfield and Sandra DiRico of Rocky Mount; stepson, Charles Bowen; four brothers, Richard Radford, Tommy Radford, Charlie Radford and Paul Radford; two sisters, Lucinda Cole and Appie Crowder; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
