WILHELMINA "PAT" HOCHSTEIN

Ms. Wilhelmina "Pat" Hochstein, 76, Maury, passed away Aug. 13, 2014, at Vidant Medical Center.
The funeral services will be conducted Sunday, Aug. 24, at 2 p.m. at Mount Calvary Free Will Baptist Church in Hookerton. Burial will follow in Maury Cemetery.
Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to service.
Ms. Pat, affectionately known as the "Lamp Lady," was born in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, to the late Henk van der Laan and Wilhelmina Jacoba Bronshuff Oct. 11, 1937.
Ms. Pat lived and worked in the Wayne and Greene county area for the past 40 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Wayne.
She is survived by her last dog "Tina," and several close friends.
