James Earl Stevens, 70, New York, formerly of Duplin County, died Friday at Bishop Henry Hucks Nursing Home in Brooklyn.
Funeral will be Sunday at 1 p.m. in J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. Burial will be in Cobb Cemetery in Faison.
He was born July 24, 1943, in Duplin County to the late McClure Sr. and Annie Mozell Warren Stevens.
Visitation will be Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the chapel.
