Arnold Bryant, 61, 711 Force Road, Goldsboro, departed this life Thursday in the Genesis Health Care in Mount Olive.
He was born Nov. 10, 1952, in Lenoir County to Samuel and Eunice Patterson Bryant.
His life will be remembered and celebrated Thursday at noon in James T. Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Funeral Home. The Rev. Isaac Burnette will officiate, with burial following in Old Mill Cemetery in Goldsboro.
Precious memories are cherished by his son, Kirby Best of Kinston; his siblings, Delores Simmons, eldress Lorriane Gist (Teron) and Bernice Best all of Goldsboro, Lisa M. Tyson (Dennis) of Waldorf, Md., Samuel M. Bryant (Priscilla) of Maplewood, N.J., Michael Bryant of Waldorf, Md., and Lester Sutton of Goldsboro; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at the residence, where it will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
