DECATUR, Ga. -- Arthur Lee Best, formerly of Pikeville, N.C., passed Wednesday, Dec. 18, at Manor Care, Decatur, Ga.
A memorial service was held Saturday, Dec. 21.
Arthur is survived by four daughters, Eleanor Brown, JoAnn May, Catherine Best and Ebony Chappel (Randy); a son, Travis Best; nine grandchildren; three sisters, Mae Rachel Wigfall, Isabell Best and Hazel Best; nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.
