Barbara Knox Boyette, 65, passed away Saturday morning at Kitty Askins Hospice Center with her loving family by her side.
Barbara was born in Harnett County to the late Morris and June Creech Knox.
She was retired from Suzanne Wear.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Dec. 9, 2013, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, with the Rev. Rudolph Outlaw officiating. Burial will follow in May's Chapel Church Cemetery.
Barbara is survived by her husband, Billy Boyette; daughter, Lori Norris of Smithfield; sons, Kevin Smith and wife, Teresa, of Princeton and Chris Smith and wife, Kimberly, of Smithfield; sisters, Peggy Coleman and husband, Randy, of Dunn and Phyllis Allen and husband, David, of Four Oaks; brother, Barry Knox and wife, Teresa, of Lillington; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Tommy Boyette and wife, Amy, of Raleigh; and sister-in-law, Linda Sullivan and husband, Hardy, of Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends Monday, Dec. 9, 2013, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
