MOUNT OLIVE -- June Chestnutt Strickland, 71, died Wednesday.
Memorial service will be Friday at 6 p.m. at Brownings United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Glenn McCullen and the Rev. Leland Heath officiating.
She was the daughter of the late W.H. and Althea Chestnutt, and the wife of Garrett S. Strickland.
She is survived by a son.
Visitation will follow the service. At other times, the family will be at the home of Reggie and Laura Strickland, 1642 Country Club Road in Mount Olive.
Arrangements are by West and Dunn Funeral Home of Newton Grove.
