Khary Levi Middleton died Sunday at Rex Healthcare.
Funeral will be Sunday at 3 p.m. at First African Baptist Church. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
He was born in Bronx, N.Y., March 25, 1974, to John and Dianne Middleton. He was married to Beverly S. Middleton.
He is survived by a daughter, a stepdaughter and two stepsons.
Visitation will be Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Reaching the World for Christ, with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m.
The family will receive friends at 1201 S. Andrews Ave., where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
Arrangements are by Community Funeral Home of Goldsboro.
