KENLY -- Patrick O'Neal, 81, died at Johnston Medical Center in Smithfield Wednesday.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at Center Ridge Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Born in Johnston County June 25, 1932, he was the son of the late J. Willard O'Neal and the late Myrtie Starling O'Neal. He was married to Dorothy O'Neal.
He is survived by his two sons and a daughter.
Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at Minshew-Coley Funeral Home in Kenly.
