WILMINGTON, Del. -- Sandra "Tootsie" Coley Thomas, formerly of Wayne County, died Wednesday.
Funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Canaan Baptist Church in New Castle, Del.
She was the daughter of late James "Jim" and Sarah Coley.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Arrangements are by Congo Funeral Home of Wilmington, Del.
