Emanuel R. "Big Time" Daye Jr., 68, 809 Westview Court, died Wednesday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Kenneth Tate officating, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery with military honors.
He was the son of Emanuel Daye Sr. and Gladys Newkirk Parks. He was married to Phyllis Best Daye.
He is survived by four children.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 7 p.m., with family present to receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m., at Haskins Funeral Home. At other times, the family will be at the home, where it will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
